What To Expect

You will be warmly welcomed to class. The classes vary in style and format, but a typical class may include a period of time to arrive (by that I mean get into the right place to practice yoga), the presentation of a theme to base the physical practice around, 45-50min of asanas (the postures that we perform) and possibly some breathwork.
All classes end with 15min of mindfulness and relaxation. Classes are 1hr 15min in total.
If you are a complete beginner, you will be carefully instructed in what to do. As you progress / for more experienced yogis, there are many options / progressions that you can choose to follow when you feel ready. You will also develop increasing awareness and control over how you breathe and think.
Students are asked to arrive on time, clean and ready to practice. Yoga is for everyone so please be kind, considerate and respectful of each other and me. If you are coming for the first time, please arrive a little bit early, ideally bring a completed new starter form, come and speak to me
